Privacy policy
This policy explains what information we collect from you, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1.What we collect
When you submit the quotation form we collect three groups of data. Company data: company name, industry, main products or services, headcount, number of sites, province, and shift patterns. Requirement data: service type, standards of interest, certification history, documentation readiness, and preferred timeline. Contact data: full name, position, phone, email, LINE ID, preferred callback time, and how you heard about us.
2.Signing in with a Google account (participant portal)
Individual training participants may choose to sign in to the participant portal with a Google account. In that case Google passes us only three things: your account display name, your email address, and your profile picture (the openid, email and profile scopes). We use them solely to verify your identity, create or open your participant account, and show you the training history and certificates that belong to you. We do not access your Gmail, files, calendar, or any other data in your Google account. We do not sell, trade, or pass this information to third parties for advertising. You can disconnect the app at any time from your Google account settings, and you can ask us to delete your participant account and its data using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
3.What we use it for
We use your information to calculate audit days and prepare your quotation, to contact you for further detail and present our services, and — in aggregate statistical form only — to understand which channels people find us through. We will not use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.
4.Legal basis
We collect and use your information on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form, and on the basis of necessity to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
5.Who we share it with
Your information reaches our team through two channels only: an email notification (using Resend) and a notification message to our company LINE Official Account (using the LINE Messaging API). Data is stored in a database located in the South-East Asia region. We do not sell, trade, or pass your information to any other third party for marketing purposes.
6.How long we keep it
If you do not go on to use our services, we keep your information for no more than two years from the date of last contact, then delete it. If you do become a client, records are retained for the periods required by law and by our accreditation body.
7.Your rights
You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our contact page.
8.Data security
Access is limited to team members who need it for their work, each with an individual account and a record of who did what and when. Passwords are hashed before storage, and all connections are encrypted in transit.
9.Cookies
This site uses only cookies necessary for it to function — remembering your chosen language and keeping team members signed in. We do not use cookies to track you for advertising.
