These terms explain the conditions under which you may use our website and systems, including the participant portal. By using this website you accept these terms.

1.What these terms cover
These terms apply to browsing the website, submitting the quotation form, booking training, using the participant portal, and using the corporate client portal. The details of any individual audit or training engagement are governed by the quotation, contract, or booking confirmation for that engagement. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the engagement documents prevail.
2.Our services
We carry out audits for management system certification and deliver related training courses. Information on this website is provided to explain our scope of work and to share knowledge; it is not legal advice or advice tailored to your specific situation. Audit outcomes depend solely on the evidence found on site against the requirements of the relevant standard. We do not guarantee that any organisation will be certified, and purchasing our services does not mean certification will be granted.
3.Accounts and signing in with Google
Individual training participants may create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with a Google account. You must provide accurate information that belongs to you, keep your password and account secure, and not let anyone else use your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it. What we receive from your Google account and what we use it for is set out in our privacy policy.
4.Training bookings, fees, and cancellation
A seat is confirmed once we issue a booking confirmation. Fees, payment terms, postponement and cancellation conditions, and refunds are as stated in the quotation or booking confirmation for that engagement. If we have to cancel or postpone a course, we will tell you in advance and offer you a choice between transferring to another session or a refund of the seat fee.
5.Certificates
Training certificates are issued only to people who actually attended and met the requirements of that course. Management system certificates are issued on the basis of audit results and are subject to the rules of the relevant accreditation body. Both belong solely to the person or organisation named on them. They must not be altered, forged, or used in any way that misleads others about the scope of certification. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw a document already issued if we later find it was obtained through false information or used outside its conditions.
6.What you must not do
Do not use our website or systems for anything unlawful, attempt to access other people's data or accounts, interfere with or disrupt the systems, extract data from the site through automated means at scale without permission, or impersonate us or use our name and marks in a misleading way.
7.Intellectual property
The content, articles, images, and marks on this website belong to us or to those who license them to us. You are welcome to read and share links, and to quote extracts with attribution, but reusing material commercially or republishing adapted versions requires our prior written permission.
8.Availability
We take reasonable care to keep the website and portals available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Systems may be taken down for scheduled maintenance or become temporarily unavailable for reasons outside our control. We may improve, change, or discontinue features, giving notice where we reasonably can.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, such as lost revenue or lost business opportunity. This limitation does not cover liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability relating directly to an audit or training engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement.
10.Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or threatens the security of our systems or other users. We will explain why, unless doing so would compromise an investigation or security. You may also ask us to close your participant account at any time. Records we are required to keep by law or by accreditation body rules will still be retained for the required period.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always shown on this page with its update date. If we make a material change affecting your rights, we will give notice through the website or by email as appropriate.
12.Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If you have questions about these terms, or wish to make a complaint or appeal about our services, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page or on our contact page.
