Internal audits and auditor training
Internal Audit
Better that we find the gaps first than that you meet them on audit day
What this standard is
Every ISO standard requires an internal audit at least once a year. The usual problem: colleagues audit colleagues, reports look fine, audit day doesn't. We help two ways — we audit for you, or we train your team to do it properly.
- We audit — or train your team
- Internal audit: 1–3 days
- Auditor course: 2 days
Who it suits
- Certified and approaching the annual surveillance
- First certification coming — want a dry run
- The system owner left; nobody audits anymore
- Assigned as internal auditor, never trained
What you get out of it
- Know your likely findings before the real audit
- A report that says what to fix and how
- Your own auditors — cheaper every following year
- Participants receive a certificate that can be verified online — ready to show a customer or an auditor on the spot.
The certification journey in five steps
- Talk to us and define the scope
- Prepare your documented system
- Stage 1 audit
- Stage 2 audit
- Certificate and surveillance
