A consultant builds your system and writes documents. A certification body (CB) like us audits it and issues the certificate. International rules keep the two roles separate — which is why we can't write your documents.

From zero, preparing the system usually takes 4–8 months. The audit itself, through to certificate, takes about 2–3 months. Findings add time depending on severity.

It's not instant pass/fail. Findings come with a deadline to correct and submit evidence; once accepted, the certificate is issued. Many serious findings may mean a partial re-audit — costs always quoted first.

Yes — it's called a transfer. Conditions: the current certificate is still valid and not suspended. We review your latest audit report to plan continuity. Faster than certifying from scratch.

Certificates are valid three years, with an annual surveillance audit in between. At year three comes recertification, which is broader than the annual visits.

Usually cheaper — many requirements are shared, so an integrated audit takes fewer days than separate ones. List all the standards on the form and we'll quote both ways.

You can appeal an audit result or complain about an auditor's conduct. It's reviewed by someone not involved in that audit — send it to the appeals email on the contact page.

Yes. Every auditor signs a confidentiality agreement, and we don't disclose your information without consent — unless the law or the accreditation body requires it, in which case we tell you first.
